Christabel Lane

Professional Childcare

I am a qualified registered childminder with over 25 years experience working with children, from my early years as a nanny, then playschool and junior school assistant, to my full time employment at the Taplins Day Nursery in the General Hospital in Southampton.

I am married to David, a Company Director of our own Gallery and Framing business. We have three children, Gregory 24, Kimberly 22 (also a Nursery Nurse), and Katie 19, and a lovable boxer dog Louie aged 9, who is excellent around children and has his own part of the garden!

I enjoy running, reading, and dining out, although my family seem to take up most of my spare time!

My Qualifications

I have a diploma in Nursery Nursing (NNEB) and I also attended training through the NHS and gained certificates in the following:
